Venue. Trinity School, Brizes Park, Crown Road, Kelvedon Hatch, Essex CM14 5TB
Parking is at the school.
Finding the school is easy. Look out for Joy Fook on the right as you come along Ongar Road. Crown Road is shortly after Joy Fook on the left and has a large farm shop just before the junction. The entrance to the school is on the right shortly after you turn into Crown Road. Please have £2 per car ready as you drive into the school grounds. There will then be marshals in bright yellow jackets helping everyone park.
Entry Fee.
The entry fee will be £2 per person
Distance - 4.1 miles (2 laps)
Identification - All runners must wear club colours and identification letters, and all participants must be over 17 years of age. Clubs must present their discs at the finish to ensure results and presentations can take place as soon as possible.
Toilets are available in the sports pavilion
Refreshments will be provided in the sports pavilion after the race.
The event will be run under UK Athletics rules

Kirste Quiz Night tonight,

Kirste Quiz Night tonight, 5th December 7.30pm at Grove Wood Primary School, SS6 8UA. Please arrive after 7pm, as there is a Christmas fete in the hall before we arrive. Please bring your own drink, nibbles, and sense of humour. Please also bring some pennies for the raffle, and any unwanted gift donations as prize.

At our special Club Quiz Night tonight, we will be presenting cheques to our two charities after a windswept, and wet Kirste 5 Memorial Race 2014. We are proud to annouce we raised £ 4,000, which will be split between Macmillan Nurses, and Southend Hospital Trust (Bosom Pals Breast Cancer Ward and Keyhole Cancer Appeal). Thank you to everyone who ran, donated, helped and made the day so special once again. Provisional date is 26th July 2015.

First Aid Course - this is planned for Monday 8th December 7.30pm......

First Aid Course - this is planned for Monday 8th December 7.30pm, and is subsidised by the Club and is therefore free to members. We are in danger of cancelling this session due to lack of interest. It is ideal for any Benfleet 15 Marshalls, as an important refresher course. If you do want to come along (7.30pm-10pm in Rayleigh) please let me know ASAP.

The Essex vets xc champs...

The Essex vets xc champs take place on Saturday 29th November at Lambourne Road, Chigwell Row, Essex, IG7 6EN and hosted by Ilford AC.

If you wish to run please put your name below and we will send the entries off this week.

Race 1 is for vet 35 women & over 50 men @ 11am and Race 2 is for over 40 men. Both races are over the same course of approx. 5 miles/8km.

We need at least 4 per category for a team (but more will increase the competition to score!) and have won team & individual medals in this before so please run if you can so we can put out some strong teams.
