The Essex vets xc champs take place on Saturday 29th November at
Lambourne Road, Chigwell Row, Essex, IG7 6EN and hosted by Ilford AC.
If
you wish to run please put your name below and we will send the entries
off this week.
Race 1 is for vet 35 women & over 50 men @ 11am
and Race 2 is for over 40 men. Both races are over the same course of
approx. 5 miles/8km.
We need at least 4 per category for a team
(but more will increase the competition to score!) and have won team
& individual medals in this before so please run if you can so we
can put out some strong teams.
