AGM Run Session - Tues 8th March

 Unfortunately due to work / Junior Club / AGM commitments we don't have anyone to open the club up on Tuesday Night.

If you want to run before the AGM you still have the option to meet up in the car park and run together from there.

Remember the AGM starts at 8:15 so you will need to start early.

We need to cancel the First Aid Course, planned for this Wednesday due low numbers - sorry.

We will run another one later in the year

 and hope to get a better take up.

Christmas is a time of thinking of others, and family.

We have proved over the last year that WeAreFamily, and I just wanted you all to spare a thought and a prayer for Adam Wright.

Adam, his brother and his family have been a big part of Benfleet Juniors Running Club over the years, and it is with great optimism I ask you all to visit the blog, written by Julia, with regards to Adam's illness.

We wish him, and his family untold good luck along his journey to recovery.
