As you are probably aware, it is part of my remit within the club to try and encourage as many members as possible to actively participate in as many races throughout the year as possible.  By this I mean ALL members of ALL abilities – we want you ALL out their running, racing and having FUN!  As I said before it is not just about BRC winning as many individual medals and team prizes as possible, though yes it is nice for us to do so and thus gain further kudos and recognition as a club, but it is about YOUR own self-development as runners, whatever level or ability we are currently at.
