Cross Country 2nd February 2014 - we need YOU!

Don't forget XC coming up this weekend,

Sunday 2nd February 2014  10 am  Weald Country Park

One lap of 7K, marked by flags and tape and marshalled where necessary.

The nearest main road is the old A12 (Brook Street) from which Country Park signs direct you to Weald Park Road.

All car parks are now pay and display, with a charge of £2.20. per car for any stay over one hour. We suggest you share cars wherever possible to minimise cost and also congestion in the car parks. In very wet weather it is possible that one or more car parks could be closed. We request that all participants in this event use the Cricket Pitch car park or the Visitors’ Centre car park.

The entry fees for each race are now £2.00, and these together with your declarations should be presented to the organiser at the open barn.

Benfleet 15 - post-race update

We had so many people working hard behind the scenes on the race again this year, and knowing they are all competent, experienced, and passionate runners makes my job coordinating them so much easier, and means the end result is a day to be proud of (once again).

Go Tri Series for beginners

Do you know anyone who is thinking of getting involved in the sport but are worried about going straight in at Triathlon. Triathlon England have now launched their Go Tri series with short cheap to enter races taking place all around the country. Benfleet 15 update

Pre-Entry for Benfleet 15 is now full. We may offer entry on the day but will confirm closer to race day.

Bobby is busy putting together your Marshal Packs so please come down the Club in the next two weeks or email here to find out what you should be doing and where you should meet your Team Leader. A full Marshal list will also be put on our website. We also need help Saturday morning (18th) to set up the start/finish area. Please volunteer if you can help. Thanks.
