Look out for Hayley McLean, who will be one of our VIP's at the race on Sunday, sending you off and handing out medals -
She became the European U20 Champion at 400m hurdles this weekend in Rieti, Italy. She also became 3rd on the all time list of fastest times behind Perri Shakes Drayton & Megan Beesley.

Kirste Charity Curry Night tonight..

Kirste Charity Curry Night tonight, from 7pm at the Tandoori Parlour, 61-63 Hart Road, Thundersley, SS7 3PB. We have 85 attendees so it would be great to get this to 100 so please book online today. We will also take cash on the door, just get there early and see Matt HW or Sarah De for tickets.
